- How to Claim Official Lottery Prize Money
- If you win the Official State Lottery, you must follow the process of claiming your prize money, which involves surrendering the winning ticket and all required documents to the authorities within 30 days. If your winnings are less than Rs 5000, you can claim the prize money from any ticket agent. If you have won Rs 1 Lakh or less and are from the same district, you can claim your prize from the Department of District Lottery Offices. If you are from another state and have won Rs 1 Lakh or less, you can claim your prize from the Department of Directorate. For winnings of Rs 1 Lakh or more, you must claim your prize from the Department of Director of State Lotteries. If you have won between Rs 1 Lakh and Rs 20 Lakhs, you can claim your prize from the Department of Deputy Director. And if you have won Rs 20 Lakhs or more, you must claim your prize from the Department of Director.
- Can I purchase Official lottery buy online?

- Can I buy lottery tickets here?
- No. Kerala state lottery tickets are sold on paper by licensed agents within Kerala, and selling them online is not permitted. Malluz does not sell tickets and takes no part in any purchase.
- How soon do results appear?
- Results appear as the draw is announced, tier by tier, and are updated as further prizes are published. A draw is marked as verified once the numbers have been cross-checked against the official published list.
- Why does my ticket show as pending?
- A saved ticket reads as pending until its draw has published results. Once the numbers are out, the ticket shows what it won, or that it did not win.
- Do the number feeds improve my chances?
- No. Each draw is independent, so past results carry no information about future ones. The repeated, not-drawn and board feeds describe what has already happened and nothing more.
- What happens if I lose a winning ticket?
- Nothing can be claimed without the original ticket. It is a bearer instrument: whoever holds the signed physical ticket claims the prize, and there is no way to recover one that has been lost or destroyed.
